We hear good reports on the healing of a broken leg and resulting surgery experienced by Nikki Dalton, Class 39. Recovery at home was not too difficult because of the Stay at Home order. Plus, she had plenty of little servants available at home from school to help her out. Nikki works as a County Extension Educator for U of I CALS in Eastern Idaho.
Congratulations to Jen Uranga, Class 37, whose son, Daniel, graduated this year from Homedale High School, after being named 2018-2019 Idaho Press' Sports Stars Boys Golf Athlete of the Year. Daniel will be enrolling this fall at Duke University (Durham, NC) where he will be on a golf scholarship. Proud mom, Jen, owns and operates Mountain West Ag Consultants and Gem Ag Professionals supporting ag labor issues in the NW. Congratulations to Brad Griff, Class 36, and his wife Brianna on the birth of a second son, Samuel Henry, born on May 27. Entering the world weighing 9 pounds and 3 ounces and 21" long, Samuel joins older brother Lincoln. Dad, Brad, is the Executive Director for the Idaho Sugarbeet Growers Association. Condolences and prayers are offered to Josh Rubel, Class 32, and to Kathy Hartman, wife of Bill Hartman, Class 5 on the tragic death of their brother and son, Zach Trillhaase who died from injuries sustained in an UTV accident over the last weekend in May.
