Tailgate Talks is a special collaborative project between the Leadership Idaho Agriculture Foundation (LIA) and the Idaho Dairymen’s Association (IDA). Topics were selected based on hazards and training needs existing in agriculture. Research was conducted on each topic and drafts were sent to subject-matter experts within the National Institute for Occupational Safety & Health for review. Once edits and suggestions were returned, IDA compiled the final booklet and had it translated into Spanish. We hope this resource is helpful in improving the safety culture on your farm or ranch.
